Broiled Swordfish Steak with Garlic and Olives

- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs swordfish steak, 1.5 in. thick
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, or Greek olives, diced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Turn on broiler. Place a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on broiler rack and brush with some of the oil. Brush top of fish with oil and arrange on foil. Broil about 2 in. from heat source 6-7 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup. Turn fish and spread olive mixture on top. Broil 4 minutes longer.
