Chinese Pork Salad

- 1 lb sirloin pork chop
- 1/2 cup Asian stir-fry sauce
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1-1/4 lbs pea pods, thawed if frozen, then drained
- 1 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 3 oz chow mein noodles
Place pork strips in a shallow dish and pour stir-fry sauce over. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight.
Remove pork, discarding marinade. Stir-fry pork and onion in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat 4-5 minutes, until pork is cooked throughout. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
