Chippier Meat Loaf

  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups potato chips, crushed
  • 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into a loaf and transfer to a 9x13 in. baking pan. Bake 1 hour, or until cooked throughout. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
