  • 1 lb Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1-1/3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Combine lettuce and dressing in a bowl. Add lemon juice, Parmesan and pepper to taste. Toss. Add croutons just before serving and toss.
