- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp sage
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulverize. Store in an air-tight container. Use 1-2 tablespoons of this seasoning mix to boost the flavor of soups, stews, sauces, dips, dressings and casseroles, and try it as a coating for blackening fish or tofu.
