  2. Find the Health Club Member number box and fill in your member number found on your membership card.
  3. Hit the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
    Please allow 48 hours for our system to update your information.
That’s it! Start saving every time you present your Health Club Member card when purchasing eligible items.

    IMPORTANT - Be certain to check your email for a registration confirmation email from Brookhaven and click on the link to activate your account.
