Clay Pot Meatloaf

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
Soak clay pot and its cover in water at least 15 minutes. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pat into clay pot. Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl. Mix thoroughly and pour over meatloaf. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 400°F and bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
