Rolled Oats (Organic if possible)

100% Maple Syrup

Choice of Milk

Sliced Almonds

Choice of Strawberries, Blackberries, Blueberries or Raspberries

Protein Powder of Choice

Cinnamon

Directions:

Combine ½ cup rolled oats, ⅔ cup nonfat milk, 1 scoop whey protein powder, 1 tbsp 100% maple syrup, ½ tsp ground cinnamon in a sealed mason jar and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, top with 1 cup strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries and 2 tbsp slivered almonds.
