6-8 people
Ingredients:

For Buns:

12 Kings Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls

8 tbs of Butter

2-3 tbsp of minced garlic

1/4 cup of grated parmesan

1 tsp dried parsley

For Everything Else:

1.5 lbs of Prime Ground Beef or Ground Sirloin

1/3 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2-1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°

Making the Panade:

Mix bread crumbs, milk, worcestershire sauce and onion powder in mixing bowl. Let sit for 10mins

As panade sits, begin rolls:

Cut rolls in half (tops form bottoms) keeping the tops together and the bottoms together and place open side down on a sheet pan.

Melt butter and mix with minced garlic

Evenly brush butter and garlic mixture over the rolls.

Sprinkle parmesan and parsley on top of buns. Set aside.

Add salt and pepper to ground beef.

Mix panade and ground beef thoroughly and form 12 - 2oz. patties.

Cook patties on grill ( might be a bit cold now,) or on a cast iron skillet on stove.

While cooking patties, place rolls in oven until buns are golden browm, (approx 10mins.)

Once patties are cooked, place on slider buns, top with your favorite cheese (we recommend a white cheddar,) and other toppings, assemble and serve.
