Ingredients:

Cake Ingredients:

1 cup butter

1 cup espresso

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup of cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup of sour cream

1 tsp bake soda

Frosting Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

6 tbsop millk

1/4 cup cocoa

1 lb of powdered sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

1 tsp of cinnamon

Directions:

Boil espresso, butter, and cocoa

Add in flour, sugar, salt

Mix in sour cream, eggs

Pour into sheet pan and put in over to bake for 20mins.

Frosting:

Add butter, cinnamon, milk and cocoa to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Stir in vanilla

Sift powdered sugar into a bowl, add hot butter, milk and cocoa mixture to sifted powdered sugar and beat with mixer for 2-3 mins

Remove cake from oven when complete, pour frosting onto cake IMMEDIATELY after removing from oven.

Let cool, slice and serve!
